Bug fixes
Build 1.09.03b - two minor bug fixes:
VRay did not load on Windows NT.
Normal glossy reflections did not always render
Build 1.09.03c:
Single frame irradiance map was not cleared properly for each frame.
Also, the next version of VRay should have an installer. No more manual copying of DLLs!
