Topic: Bubbles

Hi everyone, any of you know how to make a really nice soap bubbles with Vray?
Follow-ups
Comment: The important feature in a soap bubble would be the reflections and falloffs I would guess, never made one. A nice set of reflection cards would be important. That and the jiggle motion would be the two most important features.
Comment: just make a swirly, animated, iridescent, transparent, and reflective material and stick it on some spheres. Very helpful aren't I ;)
Q: thanx for the tips but clearly, try to make one... i wish to have refraction on the side only of the soap bubble. But when i put a refract material even with a falloff, it's look like a glass ball.
So, anyone have a good solution?
Comment: I don't think refraction would come into play due to the extremely thin thickness. Maybe you should try "Solidify" with a very think thickness
A: Here is a half-an-hour try at a bubble.

Q: VLAD! That's great - could you please post the max file for us?
Many many thanks!
A: Sure, here it is. You will have to put a suitable map in the environment slot (HDRI maps are particularly useful).
